The rasa.io artificial intelligence chooses a set of articles from your content pool for each individual based on their past engagement with your newsletters. Our AI recommendations can be used for dynamic subject lines as well as pinpointing the best focal point of an article’s image when cropping it into our email templates.
We also harness the power of NLP for conceptualizing and assigning topical tags to every article that we aggregate in the platform.

What do you see as the limitations of artificial intelligence as it exists today?
As far as harnessing AI for personalization in marketing, it can only be as smart as the data that is provided which can be limiting.
What do you see as the future potential of artificial intelligence in marketing and sales?
AI has the potential to create a highly personalized journey for the end user which can result in more positive experiences with the brands and organizations they interact with. There is a ton of potential for increased personalization through AI not only in email marketing but for website and app UX.
