Getting to Downtown Cleveland
Uber and Lyft
Uber and Lyft both have a robust presence in the Cleveland area. Rideshare pick-up at the airport is located in the Ground Transportation Center, which is located midway between the terminal and Smart Parking Garage. Please follow the signs for rideshare from the baggage claim level welcome center.
Taxi
Cleveland offers dedicated taxicab service. The fleet of vehicles includes GPS technology, in-cab cameras, and a pre-set rate structure. The taxi service entrance at the airport is located near Carousel 11. Pickups are made at this location only. Taxis are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Rental Cars
Cleveland has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available for all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. The rental car shuttle departs from the rental car shuttle door across from baggage claim 7.
The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately five to seven minutes. The shuttle buses run continuously 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking for Local Attendees
The Huntington Park Garage is connected to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and the Convention Center. The garage has 1,200 attached parking spots.
There are also more than 5,000 walkable parking spaces surrounding the Convention Center provided by city surface lots and garages.
