The Next-Gen Agency Workshop will be held on Wednesday, Aug 3 from 1 - 4 p.m. The workshop will feature three separate sessions, each demonstrating how AI can:

  • Increase service margins by automating manual, repetitive tasks.
  • Grow profits, and provide more value to clients, without growing headcount.
  • Free up human resources to focus on high-value services, strategy, and client relationships.
  • Differentiate from your competitors through the use of smarter technology.
  • Unlock new revenue streams through AI-powered service offerings.

Session 1: How Agencies Can Successfully Work With AI Tech Partners

In this first session, Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Boathouse Group, Wyatt Ferber, will share how his full-service marketing agency has leveraged AI to inform its research, strategy, account management, data analytics, media, and creative departments.

Ferber will specifically share how to:

  • Evaluate AI tools.
  • Negotiate and structure agreements with AI partners.
  • Implement each AI tool, and pass costs on to clients.
  • Determine whether to renew an AI partnership or pursue a new partner.
